This 10,000 square footer in Fulton Market’s Google building is a seafood sensation that comes to Chicago via Minneapolis. What began as a lobster-focused food truck in Minnesota garnered enough acclaim to merit a full-fledged brick and mortar restaurant, which went on to spawn expansion to the Windy City. The nautically inspired restaurant features seafood inspired by every corner of the country, from Old Bay-seasoned lobster boils to po’boys and Hurricanes. A lower level contains a lounge and a bar area, while the main dining room upstairs is home to an enormous central 100-gallon lobster tank.
