We’re launching our video series on YouTube all about successfully buying and selling homes in the Chicagoland area. 

We are looking for people that are interested in buying and selling property in the very near future. With our expertise, we will show buyers how to buy the best home in the best location for the best price. We will help sellers sell their home at the highest price, in the shortest amount of time. This series will feature real people buying and selling real property right here in the Chicagoland area. 

We’ll be covering every aspect of a complete real estate transaction.

For Buyers: We start with getting pre-approved for a mortgage and determining the best locations for our buyers needs.  The process continues with searching individual properties, selecting the right property for our buyers needs and desires, negotiating the best price and terms for the property. Lastly going through the process of attorney review, getting it inspected, appraised and then closing on the property.

For Sellers: We start with the comprehensive process of determining the correct price to offer the home for sale. We utilize a comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine the best price by comparing other homes for sale and recently sold homes in the area. After that we initiate an intensive marketing effort including social media, multiple internet marketing sites, MLS and every other creative means available to sell the home quickly. Once an offer is accepted we then go through attorney approval, inspection, appraisal and closing.
