Mark Kaplan

Mark started selling both residential and commercial real estate after graduating from Ohio State University. His success in the real estate industry led him to start a group of companies called, Marc Realty & Investment Group, Marc Construction and Development, and Marc Securities and Investments.

Marc Realty & Investment Group was dedicated to helping the public to purchase, sell, and invest in real estate. Marc Securities and Investments assisted people to make investments in the real estate market. Marc Construction and Development was involved in the creation and development of both residential and commercial properties, such as Silver Glen Estate in St. Charles, Williamsburg Village in Inverness, Regency Shopping Center in Palatine, Prairie Trails & Prairie Center in Kenosha & Pleasant Prairie, WI, and most famously The Bald Eagle Club at the top of Bald Eagle Mountain in The Deer Valley Ski Resort in Utah, where all the homes had ski-in and ski-out access.

In recent years, Mark has bought, sold and renovated many condo units in the downtown Chicago area. Now, Mark brings his years of valuable real estate, development and investment knowledge to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago and had now partnered with Ted Widen of ChicagoScene.com and Helaine Cohen of ChicagoCondoFinder.com to better serve the Chicagoland real estate market for buyers, sellers, renters and investors.
